1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use stream8.io ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use stream8.io.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use stream8.io.
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account, including actions by moderators you invite.
Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. What stream8.io does

stream8.io provides tools for streamers: bonus hunt tracking, chat requests and bots, OBS overlays, tournaments, giveaways and related features. stream8.io does not offer gambling, take bets or hold money for players. Viewer points, predictions and tournament picks have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.

4. Responsible use

You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you stream on (such as Kick) and the laws where you and your audience live, including rules on gambling content and promotions.
Don't use stream8.io for anything unlawful, to harass others, to send spam, or to try to break or misuse the service.
Run giveaways fairly and in line with the law and your platform's rules. You, not stream8.io, are the organiser of any giveaway you run.

5. Connected accounts

When you connect accounts such as Kick, you allow stream8.io to act for you as described when you connect, for example reading chat commands and posting bot replies. You can disconnect at any time.

6. Pro plan and payments

Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from the Pro page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. Refunds are handled in line with the law that applies to you.
We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to stream8.io, such as scenes, images and hunt data. You give us permission to store and display it so the service works, including on the OBS links you share.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep stream8.io running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using stream8.io at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, stream8.io is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses from gambling or other activity shown on your stream. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
